For my project with the prestigious British Museum in London detailing visitor behaviors in the Enlightenment Room, I developed a web app that allows the user to draw visitor paths on a map of the room in real time which can later be reconstructed into heatmaps, graphs, and charts. There are buttons for notable behaviors and for selecting visitor type. The sample gif above demonstrates visitor movements; the dot representing a visitor flashes red when they take a photo and blue when they are seen discussing with others.
